Attorney Gabriela Macedo is a dedicated immigration attorney based in Massachusetts, committed to advocating for individuals navigating the complexities of immigration law. An immigrant herself, she was born in Brazil and raised in Massachusetts, which fuels her passion for helping others through their immigration journeys.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Philosophy in Law from the University of Massachusetts Boston graduating summa cum laude. Gabriela earned her Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law where she was a member of the Immigrant Justice Clinic and Women’s Law Caucus. With a deep understanding of the challenges immigrants face, Gabriela combines her personal experiences with her legal expertise to provide compassionate and effective representation.
Outside of her legal practice, Gabriela enjoys spending time in nature, antiquing, skiing, and reading, finding inspiration and balance in these activities. She is dedicated to making a positive impact in her community and is passionate about empowering her clients through each step of their immigration process.
Charlie Cai

Charlie was born in the United Kingdom, in Cardiff, Wales, where his parents emigrated to from Shanghai, China. He and his family came to the U.S. in 2008, and naturalized a few years later. It should come as no surprise that he ultimately turned out to be an excellent immigration lawyer. Charlie obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Case Western Reserve University, earning minor degrees in Physics, Chinese, and Classics. He moved to Massachusetts to obtain his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, where he also gained hands-on legal experience working at the Massachusetts Executive office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) and at the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MBTA). After law school, Charlie joined a prominent immigration law firm, where he quickly established himself as a dedicated advocate for his clients. There, he won multiple asylum cases, demonstrating his commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for those he represents. Charlie is committed to achieving the best outcomes for all of his clients in their asylum proceedings, and is humbled by the opportunity to use his skills, intellect, education, and experience in order to help people find safety and peace.
Enxhi Qirici

Originally from Albania, Enxhi Qirici moved to the U.S. at 17, a journey that ignited her dedication to social justice. She earned a degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from UMass Boston, followed by a law degree from the Massachusetts School of Law, where she deepened her legal expertise and commitment to advocacy.
During law school, Enxhi gained hands-on experience as a judicial intern at the BMC Dorchester District Court and with the Fair Employment Project, a nonprofit promoting workplace rights. These roles underscored her belief in equitable representation and justice for all.
After graduation, she joined a major immigration firm, where she quickly distinguished herself, winning multiple asylum and SIJ cases. Fluent in Albanian, Enxhi connects deeply with her clients, understanding their unique challenges and goals. At Macedo Law, she is dedicated to advocating for immigrant rights, drawing inspiration from her own journey to guide clients toward safety and fresh starts in the United States.

With over 20 years of career experience and a solid academic background, this professional holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, with a specialization in the same field and a complementary focus on Political Science. She also holds an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and a Certificate in Law Enforcement. Throughout her career, she has developed robust expertise in administration and professional ethics, with a focus on workplace management and customer service.
Her theoretical background, combined with practical experience, enables the effective implementation of ethical and administrative principles, ensuring a high standard of service.
